What we collect
When you request an estimate, create an account or book an appointment, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the service you need, notes and — if you choose to add one — a photo.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, keep records of work done at your property and contact you about your appointment. We don't sell your information.
Photos you upload
Appointment photos are stored privately. They are visible only to you (when signed in) and to authorized 323 Services staff, through links that expire shortly after they're opened. They are never shown publicly.
Reminders
We may keep a record of when follow-up service is due. Automated email or text reminders are not currently sent. If we offer them in the future, we'll only send them with your permission and you'll be able to opt out.
Your account
You can view and update your saved contact details and cancel upcoming appointments from My Appointments. To have your information removed, contact us.
